Under the UK GDPR you have the following rights over your personal data.

• Right of access — get a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure — ask us to delete data we no longer need.
• Right to restrict processing — pause our use of your data.
• Right to data portability — receive your data in a portable format.
• Right to object — to marketing or profiling.

How to ask

Email info@isrepair.co.uk with the subject “Data request”, or WhatsApp us. We may ask for ID to verify it’s you, then respond within 30 calendar days.

The first request in any 12-month period is free.

Complaint route

If you’re not satisfied with how we’ve handled your request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
