No. A screen replacement never touches your data. You don't need to back up first, but it's always good practice.
Do you use original Apple / Samsung screens?+
We use OEM-grade displays — same panel, same calibration. Genuine Apple/Samsung parts are available on request at a higher price.
What if the screen looks fine but touch isn't working?+
That's a digitizer fault and we replace the same assembly. Same price.
