Who we are
United Mobile Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”) trading as IS Repair Mobile Streatham, operating from 131 Streatham High Rd, London SW16 1HJ, is the data controller for personal data we collect via isrepair.co.uk.
Data we collect
- Contact details — name, phone, email, address — when you book a repair or buy a product.
- Device information — make, model, IMEI, fault description — to perform the repair.
- Payment — handled by Stripe / Square / our card terminal; we never store full card numbers.
- Site analytics — anonymised page views via Google Analytics 4, only if you accept analytics cookies.
Lawful basis
We process your data on the basis of contract (to deliver a repair you booked), legitimate interest (to operate and improve the shop), and consent (for marketing emails and non-essential cookies).
How long we keep data
- Repair tickets & invoices — 6 years (UK tax law requirement)
- Marketing contacts — until you unsubscribe
- Site analytics — 14 months (GA4 default)
Sharing
We share data only with: payment processors, shipping couriers (for mail-in repairs), our SMS/email provider for confirmations, and HMRC where required by law. We never sell your data.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data. Email info@isrepair.co.uk or see our data-rights page. We respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
