1. Who we are
United Mobile Pvt Ltd, trading as IS Repair Mobile Streatham, at 131 Streatham High Rd, London SW16 1HJ.
2. Repair estimates
Quotes are estimates given before inspection. The final price is confirmed after a free in-shop diagnostic and may vary if additional faults are found. We will always contact you for approval before exceeding a quote.
3. Warranty
Every repair we perform is covered by a 90-day warranty against defects in parts and workmanship. This excludes:
- Accidental damage (new drops, water exposure, cracks) after the repair
- Unauthorised tampering with the repaired component
- Faults unrelated to the original repair
4. Your data
We never wipe a customer device. You are responsible for backing up your data before bringing in a device. We are not liable for data loss caused by a hardware fault.
5. Abandoned devices
Devices not collected within 90 days of the repair being completed (or repair being declined) may be sold or recycled to recover storage and repair costs. We will attempt to contact you twice before disposal.
6. Payment
Payment is due on collection (or before dispatch for mail-in repairs). We accept cash, debit/credit card, bank transfer, and Apple Pay / Google Pay.
7. Refurbished phones
Refurbished phones come with a 6–12 month warranty (length stated on the product page). Faults must be reported within the warranty period.
8. Statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
